Morning Session: “Promoting Trust through Self-Leadership and Effective Communication

In this morning’s seminar, you will learn several valuable approaches to being a successful leader. Here are the topics we’ll cover:

  • The Playing Field of Life: You’ll discover how to initiate effective action and overcome the predictable obstacles facing everyone on a creative path.
  • The Negativity Bias: You’ll learn why the brain looks for what’s going wrong before attending to what’s going right in any situation or circumstance.
  • The Four Box Model: You’ll see how the brain creates its own reality experience.
  • The Green Lens: The Green Lens Method has been implemented by leaders worldwide. When you train your brain to see people through this lens,  they will see you’re authentically engaged in the conversation and will begin to trust you.

You’ll have ample time in this seminar to try the Green Lens Method with your colleagues to see how it works!

Afternoon Session: “Crisis Reactions and Stress: Navigating Challenging Times with Resilience and Grace”

It’s no secret that we all experience personal and professional difficulties, especially in the entrepreneurial sector. This afternoon, we will have a thought-provoking session in which you will:

  • See the anatomy of a crisis reaction, including the three levels at which crises are usually resolved.
  • Take the renowned Holmes and Rahe Stress Scale to see if some stressful life events are currently impacting your well-being.
  • Discover the most powerful words you can use to overcome reluctance to try anything new or different, especially when you’re under stress.
  • Learn how to practice the Gratitude Protocol to lower your anxiety.

There will be plenty of time to share what you’re learning and experiencing regarding crisis and stress management. All you need to bring is an open mind and a clear commitment to your well-being and the well-being of those around you.

Sound Bath with Michael & Jahna

Join us for the Three Treasures: Mind, Body & Spirit Sound Bath
The intention of Michael & Jahna’s events are to create an immersive experiential journey that helps build open awareness as we uncover, discover and nurture our own personal contentment and confidence. During this unfolding, our senses begin to heighten and we’re better able to enjoy and savor life’s experiences!

Michael & Jahna will cultivate this space by blending Mindful meditation and vocal toning with the transformational sounds of ancient singing bowls, gongs and chimes. The experience is challenging to describe in words because it’s so visceral to each individual.
